In a vain attempt to try and write here a little more often I thought I’d introduce a new regular feature called The Weekly Review. Of course with any new feature there is no structure to follow so I may just make things up as I go along.

I spent quite a lot of last week on the train to and from Durham. The ticket line thought the best route for me was via London, so the journey went south and then north.

In Durham I was at Christianity in the Digital Space. And here are some highlights:

• My room was a long way away from the main hall, so I did a lot of walking
• The food was very nice
• The people I met were really great, and I hope the network keeps connected
• Watching virtual church is very weird
• Tweeting during people’s talks is more fun than it sounds
• About 1 in 5 UK adults don’t have any retention knowledge of Jesus’ resurrection
• Some people still see a division between off and online life

Had a really nice weekend that had the low point of seeing the new Harry Potter film. IMHO this was a very poor adaptation of the book.

Worshipped at the Anglican Cathedral in Second Life on Sunday, to finish the week or start the new one depending on how your diary is set up.

This list isn’t exhaustive, but does represent particular gratefulness.
