I’m on holiday for a week so I’m taking some time out to be creative, reassess things and catch up on some reading. I’ve had Cognitive Surplus by Clay Shirky for a while but I’m only now getting going on it. It isn’t a long book but it is one of those where each page contains thoughts and ideas that you want to mull over. As such it may take me a while to read it.
I’ll give it a proper review once I’m done but so far I have been struck by the similarities between the printing revolution and the digital revolution. It seems like the book is a must read for anyone involved on media… whatever that may mean!
