Over the weekend we lost an hour – how careless. But because we are now in British Summer Time – how colonial – we have lighter evenings. It is as though we have more time in the day.
This is an illusion that I fall for every spring
We are time travellers. Time travel is possible, it is part of life. The drawback is that we can only travel in one direction and at one speed – albeit taking into account the vagaries of velocity and gravity wells.
I have time. The same time. No more and no less. Perhaps what I do is an illusion instead? Or, just maybe, Douglas Adams was correct:
Time is an illusion, lunchtime doubly so.”
